Using PPT Drawing, editing! ? Teach you the simplest mini version of PS “Second Lesson – Go Back”

Last time we mentioned that the

PPT back function is very easy and fast to operate

, this time I will tell you how to operate it~ I don’t know why it is not good to use image editing software for image editing, and Friends who want to mess around with PPT, you can look at the introduction of

the first lesson

1. Prepare suitable images

The background removal function of PPT is relatively bright after all, so it is not suitable for processing complex pictures, or rather, it is more suitable for processing pictures with a certain depth of field. Because PPT will automatically detect the foreground and background according to its calculation mechanism, that is to say, PPT will guess which pictures you want to keep. At this time, photos with sufficient depth of field will be relatively easy to remove on the back, and it will be easier to get started with practice at the beginning.

Images with sufficient depth of field are much easier to process

2. Enter background removal mode

After preparing the picture and throwing it into the PPT, click the picture with the mouse, find

[Picture Tool Format]→remove background in the top toolbar, and

you can enter the back-removal mode~you You will find a large pink-purple area on the picture, and the colored part is the pixel to be removed~

3. Set subject scope

You will see a selection range on the page, drag and drop it to fit the outline of the subject you want to keep.

4. Mark the reserved and removed areas

You can see two functions in the upper left corner of the screen, one is reserved (+) and the other is removed (-). Just click the + sign on the main body and the minus sign on the place to be removed, and you can easily go back~ If you encounter a boundary area, or you want to draw a large range of marks at once, you can hold down the left mouse button to draw Lines! When dealing with details, it is necessary to draw lines to deal with, such as the crotch, fingers, and outline edges of the example.

5. Output

After the memorization is completed, you can prepare to output pictures~ I once heard someone tell me that PPT cannot be output as pictures, but it is actually possible~ There are several output methods, and here is one of them: direct output Modified picture. No matter you just simply crop the picture, adjust the parameters, remove the back, and apply special effects, in the end, as long as you

right-click the photo→save as picture

, choose which picture format and path you want to save, and you can output it ~ You can even select multiple pictures at a time and output them as a photo in the same way, or directly output the entire slideshow, which will be discussed later~ Don’t use screenshots to output PPT as pictures! (Although that’s an easy way too)

How about it, is it very simple? It only takes a few minutes to memorize a picture! But if it is a photo with no depth of field, it will take more time to process, especially in the part of the border, it will not be as easy as today’s sample picture. In any case, if you don’t require very precise back removal, and just want to quickly and easily remove the background from images, in addition to regular image editing software, you can also try PPT!
